Say the shape first. The seven hats in this range take embroidery or a full-colour print, and the two are not interchangeable. Send a vector file for embroidery. Fine type disappears in a stitch.
- 5-panel: the default staff and event cap. Embroidery on the front panel is the usual brief (embroidered 5-panel). Full-colour print is for art across the panels.
- Cord and cord rope: the same embroidery job on a different cloth. Cord cap or cord rope cap.
- Camo: embroidery again, for outdoor or site kits. Camo cap.
- Beanie: the cuff is the embroidery zone. Embroidered beanie.
- Bucket: festivals and sun. Full print is the point. A tiny chest-style logo wastes the brim.
Approve the mock on the real cap colour. A light stitch disappears on camo, and a dark stitch disappears on black cord. Hi-vis on the body is workwear. A hard hat is PPE, not this range.
