Tees, polos, and shirts
This range covers crew-neck tees, polos, and collared shirts. A tee can take a large front or back print. A polo takes a small left-chest logo, because the placket gets in the way of a big chest graphic. An oxford or denim shirt is a different cut again: a staff shirt, not a merch tee.
Covering a polo in an all-over pattern (sometimes called sublimation) is a different request from a logo polo. All-over sublimated polos are not in this range. A normal logo polo is a small design on the chest, stitched when the same mark also goes on a cap, or printed when the art is a picture.
Print on a tee
- Screen print: bold spot colours on larger quantities. Premium cotton t-shirt.
- Digital print (DTG): complex art and shorter runs, usually on lighter cloth.
Send a size list per garment, not one measurement, and approve a proof on the real shirt colour. Hi-vis for a worksite is workwear, not a regular tee dyed bright yellow.
